Our delivery charges are as follows:-
All orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days (often sooner in most cases).
Handmade Tiaras & Jewellery are made & dispatched within 3 weeks, and handmade Hair Fascinators within 2 weeks.
Returns & Cancellations
We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, you can cancel your order for upto 30 days from the date of order (with the exception of handmade products).
If your order hasn't been dispatched or made we will issue an immediate refund. If you have received your order, the goods must be returned in perfect resaleable condition, in the original packaging & unopened. Once the goods have been received & checked a refund will be issued. Handmade products can only be returned if faulty, as they are made to order, to customer specification.

If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or due to a defect, we will refund reasonable delivery charges incurred, however, if the fault is not ours, you are responsible for all delivery charges.
